Kenilworth Castle is found in the town of Kenilworth. Founded in the 1120’s. the castle was host to 900 year’s worth of historical events. Whilst in a ruined state, the castle is extremely interesting to explore. I often found myself imagining what the various rooms looked like when the castle was still in use and what kind of activities took place within them. The ruins provided numerous opportunities to frame other parts of the castle; almost every new space that I found myself in provided an infinite number of photographic compositions to explore (which is why it took me an entire day to photograph and I didn’t fully explore the castle).
