Ikigai
Leamington Spa
Ikigai is a small shop in Royal Leamington Spa.
Specialising in all things eco-friendly and plastic-free, Ikigai gets its name from the Japanese word for “the pursuit of fulfilment and meaning”.
Opening Day
I was fortunate to have the opportunity to photograph Ikigai’s opening day on Friday 15th October. I spent almost the entire day in the shop, capturing pictures of products, people and the shopfront. Additionally, I was able to document Laura, the owner, and her helpers as they worked to make the opening day a success.
